Those who wish to participate in the Conference may do so by means of two types of contributions:

(i). Presenting a poster, for for which they should provide an abstract of no more than 250 words with the essential elements of their research, which should include objectives, methods, results. (Poster size must not exceed the dimensions of an A2 format)

(ii). Presenting a paper, for (it) for which they (must) should provide an extended abstract of 700 to 1000 words, including purpose of the work, scope, method, results, recommendations and / or conclusions along with essential bibliographic references. (The final paper should have a minimum of 4000 words and a maximum of 6000).

The abstracts submitted will be evaluated by the scientific committee of the conference. This committee will inform interested parties of acceptance thereof.
The completed work should be sent to the conference organizers on 1 May in order to be included in the minutes.
