Those who wish to participate in the Conference may do so by means of two types of contributions:

(i). Presenting a poster, for for which they should provide an abstract of no more than 250 words with the essential elements of their research, which should include objectives, methods, results. (Poster size must not exceed the dimensions of an A2 format)

(ii). Presenting a paper, which should include a synopsis of no more than 250 words and an extended abstract of 700 to 1000 words, including the purpose of the work, scope, method, results, recommendations and/or conclusions together with the essential bibliographic references. (The final communication will have a minimum length of 4000 words and a maximum of 6000 words).

The abstracts submitted will be evaluated by the scientific committee of the conference, which will communicate to the interested persons the acceptance or rejection of the abstracts.
Once accepted, the finished papers must be sent to the conference organization before April 22nd in order to be included in the proceedings.
